Centegra New Requirement for HMO

If you have hmo insurance and are using centegra health and wellness know that starting january 1, 2013 the centegra hospital requires a six month medically monitored diet even though your insurance may not. It also has to be monitored by the nutritional program at the hospital, NOT your doctor. I thought this information might prove helpful to some.
