Insurance denial woooo's

Well, I got a call from the surgeon saying that my insurance denied me. I am going to call the insurance company tomorrow to find out specifics, as I want to be ahead of them when the letter comes. I am planning on asking my doctor to request my medical records from NY, as I have been in NC for three years now and my records in NY show that I have lost, gained and gained more, lost, gained, lost gained, etc. I am so upset right now, I just want to give up but I know if I do, what will that accomplish. I have lost 30 lbs in three months and I am worried if I lose any more, they will deny me because my BMI is too low. I started out at 47 BMI and now am 42 BMI. I hate that I did what they asked and from what I understand, they think because I was able to lose the weight, I can do the rest on my own. They are a bunch of cold hearted a$$es. I definitely wouldn't be trying to have surgery if I could do it myself. I have lost weight many times, only to gain it all back and then some. I have changed my eating habits to the better and just want to go to the store and get the biggest piece of cake and ice cream to satify my frustration. I have done so well, and it would only take this to ruin the whole thing.

If anyone has any suggestions of what I can do to or any ideas of where I can got to help with this appeal, it would be greatly appreciated.....I am just going to go to bed and cry myself to sleep....
