Another Empire BCBS post.... questions
I am curious if anyone else out there has Empire BCBS and if so will you please answer some questions I have? My card says PPO.
1: Were you approved?
2: What was the process like dealing with the INS Company?
3: Which WLS did you have?
4: How long did you have to wait before you were approved?
5: How much did you have to pay that they wouldn't?
6: Once your request was sent in, how long did you wait before the INS contacted you with an answer?
7: Did you have to appeal?
8: After you were approved how long did you wait for your surgery date?
Anything else you would like to add is appreciated.
