IM DOING ALL OF MY PRE OPERATIVE TEST NOW AND FINISHING THEM UP, I WILL BE DONE BY DECEMBER 21ST WITH THEM ALL 
....I STILL HAVE TO DO MY 6 MONTH DIET WHICH ISNT UP UNTIL APRIL 5, I WAS WONDERING CAN MY SURGEONS OFFICE SUBMITT MY STUFF AFTER I FINISH MY TEST OR DO I HAVE TO WAIT TIL IM DONE COMPLETELY WITH MY 6 MONTH DIET?

It's true that we don't know what we've got until we lose it, but it's also true that we don't know what we've been missing until it arrives.
If your insurance requires the 6-month diet, then if the surgeon submits before that is up it will be denied. Don't worry, it will go by quicker than it seems.

My insurance requries 6 months, first app tomorrow..woohoo..
So do I do all the other stuff required before that and then wait for insurance or what?
Oh and I also wondered, if you don't have surgeyr approved did you have to pay for all the labs and dietician stuff since they can't attach it as part of a non approved surgery?
