Bugging Insurance Company too much?

I found out (by calling them) that Anthem has my "stuff" to review for pre-cert. They received it Monday. I've read here of them making a decision in as little as 2 hours,  but of course I was told by them within 5 days. 

Is it wrong to call them again and check? I resisted a whole day yesterday but now I want to call again today and check! But I also don't want to **** them off....:)


Any thoughts? Thanks! :) 

I personally had to stop checking up, because it was driving me nuts, and I got different answers from different people, and some of it was in correct.  So I had my surgeon's office follow up after a week.

Good luck!  I just got approved by Aetna last week!
