JMH medicaid Health plan

Does anyone know how long JMH takes to approved gastrobypass and what are the requirements????

ok, after posting this question on the forum I notice that nobody respond to it, since I was lost and with a lot of questions here is the answer to my own question.. Yeeesss!!!!! JMH Medicaid approved my RNY surgery the first time that the office sent my paperwork. now I am happy to let you know that I will have my surgery on 02/15/2011.
