Aetna vs Tufts for plastics?

I just got a new job and we have a choice of aetna vs tuffts I'm 2 years out and after a total loss of 160 pounds I'm desperate to get rid of my apron of skin around my stomach... does anyone have any idea if one vs the other makes a difference with ease of approval for plastics? I know it all depends on the policy but some companies are stricter then others so just thought I'd see if there where any thoughts on this. TIA!
