Anybody have Wells Fargo Insurance? Waiting on approval!

I have Wells Fargo Insurance. I do have benefits for WLS. My doctor has submitted all of the paperwork to the insurance company and now I am waiting. I was wondering if anyone else has had any experience with Wells Fargo, good or bad?
