Cigna: Pictures in place of records and length of approval time

My center has submitted everything for approval and I am just nervous about being denied. I did not have records for 05 and 06 due to me being in college and not being able to afford to go to the doctor (except for student health). Has anybody had to substitute pictures for their records and were approved?

Also, how long did it take to be approved through Cigna?

I am really unsure about a picture substitue, but I did not have any records to speak of, I completed all the things they required. The center submitted me for approval Wednesday, May 26th and they called and said I had been approved Tuesday, June 1st.
