ANYONE WITH PRIORITY HEALTH INS-ONCE INA LIFETIME NEED REVISION-

I had VBG in 1999. I have serious stricture problems. I believe I have enough medical info to have a take down or revision. Priority health does not cover the VBG.They do cover surgery for weight loss (once in a lifetime) unless medically /clinically necessary to correct or reverse complications. What I want is a DS but I'm  afraid I'll probably end up with just a sleeve. Any info on this or suggestions would be appreciated. You can check out my story.
