Empire Blue

Hi everyone!

All my paperwork was submitted to insurance today, and I am wondering how those out there with Empire Blue fared?  I know that they cover the surgery, but did you have to complete a six month supervised diet?  The policy that I have just says that I had to have attempted to lose weight with non-surgical methods.  I have about 4 months of Dr. supervised diet history. 

Any info would be GREATLY appreciated!  I have Empire Blue EPO.

i have the PPO and there was no diet requirement, but as you can tell by looking at all the insurance threads there is absolutely no consistency in the way ins. company's approve people.
