Who have applied for OOCC and been approved?

I had an RNY done in 1999 and am looking in to a revision to the DS (never met goal, gained back 80 pounds, etc). 

I am in Saskatchewan and Saskhealth will not pay for a procedure that is done here in Canada.  Now the DS is done in Canada, however there are no Dr's in Canada that will do the revision to the DS in Canada.

Before I self pay I want to try to apply to SaskHealth for coverage.  Anyone have any information that you could share with me?  Anyone here ever get OOCC for something like this and how did you go about doing it?
