Humana Request Additional Info?

Hey everyone!  I was submitted for Lap-Band approval last Thursday, and now I have received a letter from Humana requesting additional info on my previous insurer.  I switched to Humana in January because I was tired of the crazy premium of my last carrier (Mail Handler's...I'm a Fed employee), so they may be wondering if I was turned down by someone else. (This is the first time I have ever been submitted for any kind of WLS approval).
They also "encourage" me to have my surgeon's office forward them the additional info they are requesting from that end....but they didn't tell me what they are looking for.  Just told me to (basically) call and bug the surgeon's office. 
I'm not terribly worried about this yet, but does anyone know what they are trying to do?  Anyone else have this happen?
