Question for those with Fepblue (b/c b/s federal)

 I have Fepblue and was wondering if I can go online to see if my file has been submitted to insurance or if it's been approved or denied?

Hi Donna,
You might want to put this on the California Forum board... I know with Tricare we can see if it is approved or not, but cannot see when it is submitted.  Of course you could call your insurance itself and see what they have to say.

Donnalea you can not get online information about approvals or denial for pre-authorization but if you just call the number on the back of your card customer service they will be more than glad to assist you and give you an update on where and etc the request is doing .  If you have any problems let me know I will be happy to intervene and assist you
