This company is a sham and is a fraud run by Arnold Katz and a william worthy. William worthy is under FBI investigation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. If you have a "health plan" with them it is a discount plan and you will not be covered for what you think you have. They are also under investigation for ID theft and breaking HIPPA laws. Be safe not sorry!
