Has anyone used any attorneys and if so which do you recomend.

It really depends on why they are denying you. What was their reason? If it is not a covered benefit a lawyer isn't going to help. If you don't meet the requirements a lawyer isn't going to help. If you meet all the qualifications we can probably help you with an appeal and save the $$.
