United Health Care Approval Process

I was wondering can anyone share their experience with United Health Care in getting Approved. How long did it take? What do you need to do?

I Have UCH, and my approval process was very easy and quick. It took me less than a week, after I had my dr fax everything over!!!

I have UHC and they required 5 years of being over BMI 40 before they will cover. And you could not have dropped below that at anytime.
