Did anyone else use pics for 3 yr history???

Hi all I need is my 2007 history or obesity. I didn't go to the doc in early 2007, but I did get married in Jan 2007 and I have pics of my wedding that are dated on the back. I am going to send that with the letter that my doc wrote saying that she viewed them and that I was obese. I am also including a copy of my marriage certificate so they can verify the date. Along with a copy of my drivers license so they can verify me.

Has anyone else used pictures before? If so how did it go? And do you remember what your doc had to include in the letter? Thanks so much!
