And have put back on like 70 lbs and I keep hearing the 5 \pouch test. Well cant seem to go strictly liquids , I have heard people talk about revision. I would love to know what that is and if medicare will pay for it? And how much it is .?

Medicare will pay for a revision if it is medically necessary. In other words if your stoma is stretched, staple line disruption, etc.
First and foremost, you have to get your mind in the right place. Any type of surgery will fail if you can't control your addiction to crackers, carbs, etc. Some people say counseling works, I've personally never tried it. Good luck. I've gained weight myself, so I know how horrible it feels.

Good Luck

Ins is not likely to pay for a revision unless you can prove that your RNY is not functioning properly.  IOW, a dilated pouch or stoma.  Have you had an upper GI?

Before going to that extreme I would suggest sucking it up and doing the 5DPT.  If you have a revision you'll be on liquids a whole lot longer than 2 days.  If you can't do it now how will you do it post op?

No surgery type fixes white carbs.  You can get all the revision surgeries out there and none of them fix white carbs.  You really don't have a choice but to get on track and stop the white carbs.  Stop buying the crackers immediately.  Don't even keep them in your house.  The first few days is a buggar but again, you just have no choice if you want to lose weight.
