Has ANYONE had any success with this?

Well, I guess I can say that my peer to peer didnt go well cause they told the Dr. for me to try to go to my husbands HR and remove the 5 yr weight history clause.  Has anyone had any success doing this? Please let me know wether I would be wasting my time.

That's an odd thing for the peer to peer to say because the 5 year weight history clause is an ins co requirement and not an employer requirement.

What insurance do you have?  How much of the history were you missing?  I'm asking this because that is the one requirement I am worried about.  I didn't have insurance for a few years and just went to an afterhours clinic that is now 6 hours away from where I live and I don't even know if they are still open.  I would love to hear your story.  Thanks!!
