Denied!

I just got the denial. The reason for it  is because my BMI for 05' and 06' were to low.  Now the surgeons office is going to do a peer to peer?  Has aanybody done this? Any advice?

Sorry to hear of your denial. I've been denied a revision from lapband to RNY. My doc is currently trying to set up a peer to peer.  This is essentially where the doc advocates for you. You can file an appeal after this if it doesn't work. Who is your insurance company. Mine is Cigna.
