BCBS Extended Care Plan through Meijer + cost ?

Okay, so I waited for a big chunk of this year to move forward with WLS so we could get different insurance (open enrollment time).  From the looks of it, we are stuck with the same insurance policy or we can pay $75 more to get just a little more coverage.  Anyway, does anyone have this plan?

Also, VSG'ers, do you know the TOTAL cost of having surgery?  From seminar to being released from the hospital?  I'm looking at going to Dr. Verseman as he's well known around here for WLS and he is closest to home so anyone who went to him who has info would be great.  I'm just trying to get an average total for VSG around Michigan.
