Anyone have a similiar experience?

I have UHC EPO.....when i called to check if they covered they did but with a 6 monyh diet,,,,My surgeons office on the other hand called to verify and they were told that  it didnt specify that i beeded the 6 month diet.  Im on pins and needles here just wondering what the outcome would be!

I have UHC choice plus and the 6 months visit was a requirement for me.UHC usally assigns a nurse to your case and helps you through every step of the way.Call UHC and ask them to fax you rthe requirements or mail it to you.

Is UHC EPO  and choice plus the same?  Have you had your surgery or are you doing the six months now?  Thanks for your reply!
