question about bcbs minnesota

has anyone had to submit a form to this? how long do they usually take to get back to you?
i'm just incredibly worried that i'm going to be denied, but i'm doing everything they ask to a T.
so i'm trying to help speed up the process by being a perfect candidated.
if you have any information anything would be helpful. :)

It took about 3 days!

I have BCBSMN and my info was submitted on 10/21, as of 10/27 my file was still in review.  I submitted about a year ago, but had not done my 6 month supervised diet or used a surgeon in network so I was denied (insurance changed in the middle of my process).

I am on pins and needles and terrified they are going to deny me again.

I am keeping my fingers crossed for both of us.
