First Health insurance network
I'm having trouble getting a VSG approved with my insurance company. My insurance is under the First Health network.
VSG is just not mentioned in any wording. They only name Lap Band and Gastric Bypass under the bariatric procedures in the policy.
Anyone have any info or help?
