Insurance 5 year weight history

Hey guys I have a question I got a printed chart/graph of my weight history for the last 7 years in a graph do you thin that will suffice the requirements?  Its a standard graph weight weight on the Y axis and date on the X axis.

Usually they want your medical records documenting you weight.  Is this graph something from your doctor?

Yes it was a graph from the doctor that she printed and it had her information on it but I also requested my medical records and got my vitals that were done throughout the years and I sent those along with the graphs so I hope that is what they want.  Thanks though.  How are things coming along with you?
