Does anyone know the insurance code for the sleeve.

I have Humana...anyone else get coverage?

Hi,
as far as I know...the unofficial code for VSG is 43659

My BCBS does not cover it
Hopefully yours does!

I have BCBS Federal they denied my claim. I know that my claim had 43659. When I called BCBS Federal they said they did not cover that cpt. I also heard that 43843 could be used. Doc turned in a corrected claim with 43843 and still it was denied. Hope I not getting you discouraged. Best thing is to call your doctor ask them.
