Just wanted to pass along some interesting informaiton that I found just a while ago.
I had read on another forum that California department of managed health care usually has jurisdiction on HMO's and Most PPOs adn POS health plans. So in my infinate wisdom in trying to fight to get what I need I called them. Guess what They told me about United Health Care? That neither California Department of Insurance or the California department of managed health care has jurisdcition over United Health Care. They are federally regulated by the department of labor. I thought that those that have united health care insurance would find this a bit of interest.
