HIP Anthem

Hi all...

I know I am probably fighting a loosing battle, but has anyone ever gotten approval thru HIP-Anthem BCBS? 

I had vertical ring (VRGB) in 2000 and lost 160 lbs... (I was 5ft and weighed 350lbs) Due to a lot of things/issues I have gained steadily and now weigh 280.  I feel like a complete failure!

Self pay is not an option.
Does anyone have any ideas?
