VSG Denied after Peer to Peer

Well Aenta's medical director still denied my VSG after the peer to peer.  I was hoping they would approve it, but luck just isn't on my side.  I have on more appeal before I can send it directly to HR and hopefully it'll get approved on one those appeals.   According to the doctor's office the medical director even said I'm qualified for it, but it is an written exclusion... I wonder why some approve it on peer review and other don't?

Mine was a written exclusion as well. My doctor refused to do a peer to peer because he said I would never win. I did my appeals myself and had it overturned on the second try. You can readmy blog under Nov and Dec 08, my appeal letters and research is in there. Hope it helps!
