Has anyone had a problem with BCBS of AL approving their surgery....

Even after you sent them all of their requirments??  As of now I am working on the 6 months medically supervised weight loss program, and I am waiting on my first approval stating that they will cover the surgery under my policy (which they should because there are no exclusions to my policy)

Any Advice will help please!!! THANKS!!

I have BCBS of IL....they approved me 3 days after my Dr. Faxed in all the required information.

I had not problems actually. I was smooth sailing!

thanks! I actually got my first approval today so I am very happy about that!!  Just gotta finish my 6 mn weight loss and I will send everything in to get a date!
