Fill CPT Code for Coverage

Hello-

Does anyone know what the 5 digit standard CPT code is for Fills? I am trying to find out if they are covered by UHC and they cant tell me without a code. My Dr's office referred me to the secretary who had two codes they used to use 76003-26 and 90799 that have now been deleted apparently.

I am hoping someone in the OH family can help, the fill code should be a universal procedure code.
