Did you give money to Gary Viscio and he died before anything could be done with your case?
I hired Gary Viscio to sue the doctor who botched my surgery. I sent him a retainer and he passed away 3 days later. Nothing was done with my case. I couldn't get a hold of his office, I even tried contacting his wife. Well, after many months and several phone calls, I finally got my retainer back.
