2nd opinion what's next?

I have finally gotten an approval for a second opinion, what is my next step? The first doctor says I am a candidate but wants to do VSG, which the insurance said no. Then I go back to that surgeon and I said I would like to have RNY and he says no lap band. I said I don't want lap band because I don't think it's a good fit for me so now I have a 2nd opinion what's next?
