Aetna - did anyone submit photos?
I do not have any dr visits from 2008 or 2007. Plenty from 2009 and 2006 though!
The surgeon's office asked about photos. I know of 2 from 2008. I know the approximate dates but not weights (but they couldn't have been much less than I am now, if at all). They aren't printed or datestamped, they're digital because we rarely get prints.
I forgot to ask the CSR I talked to today whether I could use them, really didn't get into specifics with her anyway, I was confused about things and she's mailing me out info.

I was approved with Aetna on the 3-month multidisciplinary program and I did not submit photos. But, I did have the 2 years of history of the required BMI.
I would think since you are missing 2007 & 2008, sending photos would help. Can you think of anywhere else you may have documented your weight?? Weigh****chers?
Good luck to you....

If you have weights from 2006 showing you are overweight and 2009 showing the same thing... do they still require the two years inbetween? Because clearly you were overweight 3 years ago... Just wondering because I know I am missing Dr visits from 2008.
And do they accept someplace like weigh****chers? An "official" weight loss program with recorded weights is acceptable?

Hi there. I am sorta in the same boat. My 2007 weight is two pounds too low...so, i have pictures. I have not sent them in..as I am waiting to decide if it is worth an appeal or better just to wait until 2010, at which time I will have my 2008 and 2009 weights.
Anyway, the point to my reply...what I did was added the date to my photo in my software editor package. Oh, and when I took it to Krogers to get it printed out (better quality) I added the date with the "Add Text" feature.
Good luck.
