Texas Medicaid

Ok, So my doctor is helping me with medicaid right, and medicaid keeps sending back faxes to my doctor, we need more info more info, FINALLY... they want a doctors name (surgon) and I can not find a doctor that WOULD even accept medicaid if I can get it approved. So what now... I have a bmi over 60 (that was a year ago, sure its higher now). I've been on every diet known to man. I'm really hitting an all time low here. I feel like i'm too fat to be alive. I fall and trip all the time and keep hurting myself because my fat body isn't meant to fall like that. I'm just really really losing it here. Anyone have any ideas of doctors that MIGHT care to help me?

 call medicaid and ask for a list of service providers
