Financing available in Rhode Island or New York???????

My sister is in desperate need of WLS, she does not have health coverage and is willing to come out of pocket with the cost, but if there is financing available it would be much easier.  Does anyone now of any options????????

I know of someone who went through carecredit.com, was able to get a substantial amount towards the surgery...It wouldn't hurt to check it out if she is self-pay anyways.
