one more visit
Monday is my last visit with the nutritionist. Then they submit to my insurance. I do know that it will be denied as wls is listed as an exclusion on my health insurance. Should I wait until I get the letter of denial or should I begin working on my appeals letter now? I have quite a bit of information to put in my appeal: case law, state law of the state I live in as well as the state where the policy is written and lettters of medical nessesaty from more than one doctor.
