BCBS IL Question

Hi everyone,
Do they (BCBS IL) require you to lose a certain percentage of weight? Or lose anything at all during the supervised 6 month diet? I've gained 4 pounds due to change in medication .My last visit is Monday  And I'm just wondering if I should do one more month to at least lose some something?

No they need you to try this on your own to see if you can lose the weight.  When its submitted they use your being BMI and not the BMI after the 6 month supervised diet
