National Rural Electric Cooperative (NRECA) health insurance

has anyone out there had any dealings with getting gastric bypass/lap-band surgery approved through National Rural Electric or NRECA insurance?  If you have, I would appreciate any advice you can offer me.
has anyone dealt with NRECA (National Rural Electric Coop)
health insurance in regard to having either gastric bypass or lap-band surgery?  if so, I would appreciate hearing from you.

I am thinking of trying to get the lab band approved through NRECA and was wondering if you had had any success/failure since your post.
