I posted last week about having trouble with my surgeons office faxing over my paperwork for approval. I finally found out that BCBS/IL received my information on this past Friday. When would be a good time to start calling to see the status? I know, I'm probably a freak, but I just want to know!!!!!!!

Call them everyday you have that right as a customer and patient.   There can be no reprecussion because you call everyday.  Most states say they have 30 days to respond but most are quick
