Has anyone ever been dienied by Univera?

why were you denied/

they said I was denied because I did not abstain from alcohol for 6 months but their policy states you only need to abstain if there is alcohol abuse and there isnt, so idk why they denied me. I do know that my psych put in my report that I did abuse alcohol in my early 20s and most do but that is was no longer and issue, so I am very upset!

that pysch report probably had a lot to do with it.   Even though it was in your early 20's its a history of .   Do you have the medical policy that you could PM so I can look at it   I will PM you with my email address you can respond to my email address

Do you really help people trying to get insurance companies to cover their VSG surgeries.  I'm in desparate need of help.  I'm getting the run around from BCBS of CA.  If I give you the details, are you able to help me?
