Pre op costs?

At my surgeon's seminar, they gave us a paper stating that pre op fees there based on insurance.  I may have to pay all of my pre op fees on my own.  I was wondering the range of pre op fees that people have had to pay.  So what kind of $ should I expect to pay?

currently we are paying:

$775 per person program fees (includes the NUT and the psych)
my husband's tests have run over 500 dollars WITH insuranance
Mine with insurance have run about 200...

I'm having to pay $500.00 for Program Enrollment and $400 Psychological Evaluation.
After surgery $1000. for 3 year Diet and Exercise Support Progam.
I guess it depends on the weight loss center.

I think it depends what you mean by pre-op fees.  My insurance pays most of mine, but I'm still out of pocket a couple of grand.  I had to pay my program fee (only $100), psych eval, a percentage of pre-op lab work (total was $2,300-I paid 20%), bone density scan, etc.
