history

Hello,
I have a quick question.  I have Aetna, and they do cover the surgery but I have to provide a two year history of BMI of 40 or more.  I have one for Dec. 07, and now April 09.  Will that work even though it's only 17 months and not a complete two years? 
I hope this makes sense.

first thing i would suggest is call your insurance company and ask them if they will accept it.
