BCBS Health Savings Plan

My employer is switching our insurance to BCBS of MO Anthem Lumernos Health Savings. Anyone have any dealings with this insurance before? Know if they cover WLS? Any Hoops I may have to jump through?? Any info would help! THANKS!!

No experience with this insurance but most BCBS cover WLS if you meet their requirements unless there is an exclusion through your employer.

I talked to the fiancial group that is taking care of getting the insurance and such. He said that they won't cover it unless I am disabled. I am hoping that I can appeal it and get them to cover it because of my co-morbidities. :( High BP, PCOS, Borderline Diabetic, acid reflux, etc. UGH!
It just seems never ending!

Most BCBS plans require a 6 month supervised diet as part of their requirement.
