Cigna HMO - help

Anyone able to give me good info/news about Cigna HMO (texas)??

I'm wanting/needing a revision (from Lapband to RNY).

Lapband performed 2004 (self-paid) and worked well for the 1st year. Since Jan. 2006 I've had nothing but trouble with it. Can't find a happy medium with the fills, constant nausea and reflux. Can loose weight if I don't eat but as soon as I begin eating soft foods, I gain weight.

I've been referred to 4 different doctors and finally found one that accepts my insurance. Not a great visit with him today but need as much advice about the insurance requirements.
