insurance for walmart employes

I have just fouind out that the insurance I chose at my work does not cover weight loss surgery. If there is anyone else who works at walmart and has insurance that coverd weight loss please let me know and which one you had I know that there are diffrent ones but Im not sure if any cover weight loss surgery I realy do love my job but this has left me very disaponted in the company.
