BCBS Anthem- APPROVED!!

I just found out this morning that my insurance- BCBS Anthem for Goodyear was approved- first time- no appeal!  Surgery date is set for Thursday, April 16th at 2:20pm

Congratulations!  I just attended the seminar.  I have an appointment with my PCP next week & with the surgeon 4/30/09.  I have BCBS through CSX. Hoping I will have all my ducks in a row when I turn in my stuff to them.
 

Congrat's  can I ask, was there a written exclusion in your plan?  Where is your plan administered?  I have Anthem BCBS out of VA.
