Self-pay financing

Did anyone find a credit supplier with low interest rates?  I've found some out there for elective surgery, but they are asking 22%+.  I find that silly.  I have a great credit score.

We are looking at going with a local credit union if we have to get a loan.  They offer around 9% for unsecured loans & the credit card interest rate is around 7% now.  Check with your local banks or credit unions.
