you know some of their CSRs are just rightdown rude! My original paperwork was not all received by them and therefore my Surg office had to resend them the work again yesterday! So i decided to go on a one man campaign and call em twice a week til they get sick of me! This one gal i got was rude like i was taking her time up.........anyway i am still waiting word on approval since the messup started Monday when my file was moved to the wrong section. Just venting for a Thursday morning! 

I soo agree w/ you!  Anthem sucks with customer service over all.
